Ray will be gagging for a few ice cold beers each day so he will be stopping at a pub to quench his thirst, have a chat with the locals and even sign a few copies of his debut novel The Clinic.
Most importantly he wants to hear and film a few stories from the local legends, unsung heroes or unique quirky characters, but will side step the village drunk or local hard nut!
